Memorial plaque issued to the next of kin of Private Gabriel Levendahl, Cape Corps,
killed in Kh Jibeit, Jerusalem, Palestine, on 20 September 1918. Although outnumbered by the Turks,
the men of the Cape Corps fought with great bravery and helped to turn the tide of the war in Palestine.
